So. merelyn and I went and saw Sherlock Holmes tonight. It engendered in me many feelings. Mostly very positive, even though Mer admitted that at one point in the movie she thought, "No! Run away, Holmes! That smile is how Jude Law starts knocking everybody up! Run away!" So the primary question is: ladies, is there fic yet?

Adding to the crazy amount of Yuletide recs on my flist (there were so many that when I came across a post on fatshionista where someone said that they had bought their tights on eBay, I thought that eBay was a Yuletide fandom... it's early okay).... here are a few of mine!

I had a great Christmas. My new Snuggie and I are bffs and I finally have a camera so I can take a picture of my new, short hair and some of our trip in--oh my goodness--ELEVEN days. :D How were yours?

Christmas Eve. My dog is really sick, but we just went for a car ride to look at the Christmas lights around town (some are really lovely, some are so bad they're almost good), and now I'm sitting in my new flannel PJs (pink with purple penguins--you're jealous) sipping Bailey's, and I feel good. I cannot believe that Christmas is tomorrow. I'm only just getting into the swing of Christmas Cheer. Usually I'm damn peppy, but school and finals seems to throw me off. Ah well, it should be nice. In any case, two friends from school should be coming up on Boxing Day for a couple of nights. That is going to be really nice. Guaranteed.

I hope you are all enjoying the Christmas cheer, and food, and presents. Oh Christmas, I love you and your blatant encouragement of consumerism.
